At Bridge of Grace Ministries, we believe access to clean water is a fundamental human right. Our Water Wells program was established to combat the water crisis affecting millions worldwide, particularly in rural and underserved communities where women and children often walk miles daily to collect contaminated water.
Through strategic partnerships with local communities, we identify areas with the greatest need and drill sustainable water wells that serve hundreds of families. Each well is equipped with hand pumps and maintained by trained local committees to ensure long-term functionality.
Women walk 22 to 25 kilometers just to collect a single gallon of water. Since our program began, we’ve successfully drilled over 35 wells, providing clean water access to more than thousands people. Beyond just drilling wells, we provide hygiene education and establish local water committees to ensure the sustainability of each water point for generations to come.
